I can reply to things, but I can't start a new topic. The button is there, but it's greyed out and nothing happens when I press it.

It must just be me, but even though I finally created a login name I cannot find a New Topic button or anything. I just got my Fitbit and smartphone yesterday and am trying to learn how to add fitbit friends from my contacts on my phone. I have 157 contacts and when I search via contacts it only shows my first one, not the other 156. Please help.

@AngeP wrote:"Start a topic" is greyed out for me, meaning I can't start one!
Only Moderators can start a post on Fitbit Community Basics
Head over to your specific device forum and post a message. The start topic button will not be greyed out there.
