Hello,
I have Premium account and start a few bingos a week. Today all the ones I started disappeared, for me and my friends. I wasn’t aware, but my friends had a notification that I had closed my account so the challenges were removed. I made sure I have the latest update, forced quit the app, restarted my iPhone. What can I do? It’s the second time that issue appears.

I appreciate the troubleshooting performed prior to posting. In order to gather more information, reply to the following questions:
- Did you log out from your account?
- Have you noticed that this happened when doing anything in specific? An app update for example.
- When were those Bingos created?
If the have disappeared from your account, you may want to start new ones as it's not possible to retrieve them.

I did log out and back inti my account. I created them on Thursday evening, for a start on Friday 8am. They disappeared after start, maybe early pm Friday. I created new ones, but it really is a bummer. This is the second time it happened and bingos are the main reason I pay for Premium

I’m not a premium member but twice now I’ve invited to join and they disappeared before they ended.
