I’ve been a premium member for years. Recently my daily readiness stopped working and was permanently recalibrating (I wear it all the time so not a user error). So now it’s finished calibrating. However- it now tells me I have “moderate readiness” and should do “moderate” exercise. How is this supposed to be useful to anyone at all? Who even knows what that means?? My app previously gave me a target range of the number of zone minutes to aim for or exceed. I understood this, whereas moderate is so vague as to be meaningless. And all my history has been wiped. It seems like this is another disastrous app update. Another fail, Fitbit. Please put it back as it was.
