I can’t seem to find a recent resolution to this but I have premium, and coach, and discovered today that there is a FitStar yoga app too! Cool…. Except I downloaded it and connected to my premium account but when I open the app on my phone (just completed an update before downloading so up to date software) there is no volume 😞 any way to fix this? I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling three times now ….

It's great to see that you're a Fitbit fan. If you're unable to hear sound, check out if your device is accidentally on silent mode. Can you check the mute button on your phone? FitStar Yoga doesn't override the mute switch, like some other apps do.

I definitely checked that, also every other app has sound when I am checking, so I know it’s not a hardware issue.
