Why is Fitbit app proving so difficult?
I am showing a valid CURRENT subscription to Fitbit Premium (to April 2022), but the app does NOT acknowledge this subscription.
I have tried to Restore my purchases, but it does NOT fix the issue.
Typical of issues since Fitbit was taken over by Google, and I would NOT recommend Fitbit to anyone going forward, in fact when my current device decides to stop working, it WILL NOT be replaced with Fitbit - there are too many problems creeping into the app

These sort of STANDARD answers show the contempt you have for users I very much doubt whether ANY one employed by Fitbit or Google actually look at any comments posted on this Community Group or the Facebook page.
the issue I (and many others) have is a clear breach of the Trade Practices Act in Australia and could lead to substantial fines
