Absolutely disgusted with Fitbit! Renewal for premium goes out of my account without the prior email notification. Try to sort it out with Fitbit and they refuse to refund. They actually refer me to the terms of Fitbit premium which clearly state that they will notify prior to renewal and how much! What an absolute joke! 2 days trying to sort this but point blank refusal to refund. Apparently they are the only company in the world that can’t process refunds. My bank are now dealing with it.
I have been a loyal Fitbit customer for years but no more! Warning to others- don’t go anywhere near. Their customer services is the worst I’ve ever seen!

I understand your frustration regarding your Premium Subscription. Since you have already contacted our support team and they're providing you with assistance, my best advice is to keep an open communication with them. I can assure you we always try to give the best resolution we can.
I hope you understand we need to stick to our terms of paid service.
