Hi. My Premium Subscription ended and I'm trying to renew and it said Fail, Product Not Found for both the annual and 6 month free options. I contacted support and did all the things - deleted app, reinstalled, etc. I even logged in and linked my Google Account and it still gets the same error. Went into Google Play to manage Subscriptions and FitBit is not there. Can someone help?
