Hi, I would like to cancel my Fitbit premium subscription before the free trial ends. When I googled it, it said to go to acc and settings and There should be a cancel/manage subscriptions tab but there’s not.

I think I’ve FINALLY got it!! I discovered a phone number while I was poking around, trying to figure out if I’d been successful in cancelling by subscription (I think I finally got it!!) You can call 1-877-623-4997. I really hope this is it. I’m a bit confused though as he told me I’d still get a sleep score even without the premium, and I didn’t think I would. I’m really not convinced anyone actually knows what is going on 🤷🏼:female_sign:

I didn’t know if you’d see my latest post. Try calling 877-623-4997. Good luck!

I just spent several hours and had to call the help desk to figure out how to change my premium subscription. This should not be a difficult task. All I really wanted to do was change from monthly to annual and that has proven to be almost impossible.
I have had to cancel my monthly subscription, which is not explained in any help file I was able to find. And then after the current month is at an end I will hopefully be able to resubscribe to the annual plan. Why in the world can't you guys figure out how to let me just change plans. That can't be rocket science for a real programmer.

I’m done too. This is utterly ridiculous. I am not stupid and this is the most ridiculous sort of run around imaginable. I’m canceling fitbit and returning my versa to store all because I can’t cancel a 9.99/ month subscription!!

I have an iPhone. I contacted FitBit and they sent me this link to take me to where I can manage my iPhone apps to cancel my subscription. Here’s the link:

Here's a good one....the login won't work. Doesn't say "wrong user name or password" but simply won't let me log in when I click on the Log In tab. Can these people think of ANY OTHER WAY TO FRUSTRATE MEMBERS???? I doubt it.

For Android phones, go to Google Play & select the menu tab (in the top left corner). Then select 'Subscriptions'. Then 'Cancel'.

Thank you! I hate when businesses make it so difficult to cancel. Allswell ftw ^^

The best way to help as I just had to do the same thing. If using an iphone go to settings, click on the top option beside where your picture should be. Choose subscriptions, , then click the one you want to cancel. Hope this helps everyone 🙂

I had the same problem. I would go to app store and fitbit subscription not there.
My problem was I had 2 google accounts and I guess I bought the subscription with the one I don't really use.
Once I switched to the other account the fitbit subscription showed up.
Just make sure you are in the 2nd account if you have one because it easily switches back automatically to the one you use most.

If you've signed up through the fitbit app on your iphone/ipad it's not very clear, but you have actually bought your subscription through the app store rather than the fitbit app.
To cancel, open the App Store, click your profile pic in the top right hand corner. Then click on subscriptions and the fitbit subscription should be waiting for you. Click in, scroll to the bottom and cancel!
Much too convoluted and a somewhat shifty way of making sure it's a hard as possible to cancel before the money starts rolling out. But pretty easy once you know where to look for it.

I'd like to cancel my free subscription too, way before it expires, because I like the original better and I don't have to needed fitbit to get most of the benifits.

I signed up with my Apple ID.
On my iPhone, I went to Settings,
clicked my name/AppleID/iCloud/iTunes etc,
then clicked Subscriptions and then Edit Subscriptions.
Cancelled the 90 day trial.

None of this is working for me. There is no payment info on subscriptions & Payments. Support said it was through Google, but it's not listed as a subscription in Google Play, either. Hopefully that means I won't be charged and it's all a moot point, because digging through trying to find info has been time consuming and painfully unfuling

It does take a week or more before you get a message saying your subscription has been cancelled. It's more like a warning advising you your subscription is about to expire.
