Hi, I would like to cancel my Fitbit premium subscription before the free trial ends. When I googled it, it said to go to acc and settings and There should be a cancel/manage subscriptions tab but there’s not.

So I signed up for the 90 day free trial, I have decided I dont want the subscription but I cannot cancel it. I have now been charged £7.99. It does not appear in my subscriptions so I cannot cancel it there. There doesnt seem to be an email address i can to write to, so this is my last hope before I cancel an account I have had for over 5 years and switch to garmin or apple or anyone who has better support than fitbit.
Someone please tell me how I cancel a supscription that doesn't appear in my subscriptions

I had big issues trying to cancel premium It did not show up in my manage subscription in the fitbit app. I also looked on my playstore app not there. finally after doing an online chat. I was told to go to play.google.com and low and behold the subscription was there and immediately canceled.
Hope this helps anyone else feeling the frustration of premium cancellation.

Thanks everyone for your replies. Once I got my charge for the month, which came from Google Play, there was a link attached in the email where I could unsubscribe. FINALLY!!! But I had to pay for one month....so much for a "FREE" trial.

I FINALLY was able to cancel my Fitbit Premium "FREE" trial, but only after I got the email bill from Google Play. There was a link in the email to unsubscribe or cancel it. So I used that to cancel and got an email confirmation. No other method worked and I ended up paying for one month for something I never used. Very upset and unhappy with FitBit!!!

I have this same issue. I was notified by Apple that my free premium subscription was about to renew (July 15). I DON'T want to renew it, and have no way to cancel it. On my app it doesn't have the option to cancel the subscription. It only allows to renew for a month or a year. Sooo frustrating!! I've spent hours trying to figure this out!!

I have followed the exact instructions, and NO LUCK - there is nothing that says I have the option to cancel. I only have the option to renew one month or one year. Please help me cancel my subscription. I will NEVER do this again. Lesson learned FOR SURE

Have you tried typing in the address bar play.google.com
This worked for me as nothing on fitbit subscription and nothing on play store app

Yes, I've tried this - but I didn't subscribe via Google or Apple. I subscribed right on my Fitbit app. Apple notified me of the upcoming renewal, but can't find the cancel button anywhere! NEVER again!!

@LaVonneC Welcome to the Community. Thanks for the troubleshooting tried prior to posting.
When you initially subscribe, the option to purchase the Premium membership will be on the Fitbit app. However, it will redirect you to either Apple or Google store in order to enter a valid payment. If you're no longer seeing the "Cancel Subscription" option, this means that your subscription has been canceled already.
I'll be around if you have any additional questions.

@Bexx81 A warm welcome to the Community. Thanks for getting in touch about this.
I see where you're coming from.
If you're no longer seeing the "Cancel Subscription" link on your app store subscription settings then it means that your subscription has already been canceled. Full instructions on how to cancel your subscription can be found here.

For Android users, none of the advice given here, at least not on the first page, worked for me. I ended up going to the Play Store, typing in Fitbit, choosing the Fitbit app from the list, and then just under Uninstall or Update there was a small link that said "manage subsciption." I clicked that link and FINALLY was able to cancel my premium. They definitely hide this!

For anyone wanting to cancel their subscription with an Android phone, I had to go to Google Play on my computer (it wouldn't work on my phone). The best thing about this FRUSTRATING experience was that I found out I had purchased subscriptions to 3 other apps that I wasn't even using, so I was able to cancel those too!

I also subscribed on my fitbit app. The only way i found to cancel was through the play store web address as app said no subscriptions. It was very frustrating got charged for something i didn't want. Seriously considering garmin now

@SilviaFitbitBut what if I no longer have access to the device that I signed up with? I've since switched from iPhone to Android. I don't have access to iTunes either. This is so frustrating!

I ran in to that, fortunately my old iphone was in a drawer and i was able to charge it up and log in with internet, no phone service on it but I don't think you can log in to your applle account on someone elses i phone so I'm not sure what you do. I wonder if you can stop payment at you bank...
