How do I see Premium subscription renewal date?

I recently had a live chat for a billing question, mostly wanted to confirm when my Premium would renew and how is that done exactly? I have a thing about automatically renewing to my credit card.  It seems their goal is to not really answer you because they want to keep that Premium payment coming in. I didn't say I wanted to cancel it, just trying to get information.  Geesh.

Hi there, @Sherriek.

I've moved your post to the Fitbit Premium board to keep the forums organized. Thanks for the details provided, and I'm sorry for the experience that you've had with our Support team. Every feedback helps us to improve our services, and yours will definitely not go unnoticed.

About your question, let me share that your Premium subscription will renew automatically, unless it's cancelled beforehand. To see your subscription details including the renewal date, please follow these steps:

For Android devices:

  1. Open the Google Play Store.
  2. Select your profile icon on the top right, then select Payments & subscriptions.
  3. Tap Subscriptions > Fitbit.
  4. Tap Cancel subscription.
  5. Follow the on-screen instructions.

For iOS devices:

  1. Open your Settings app on your iPhone.
  2. Select your Apple ID.
  3. Select Subscriptions.
  4. Choose Fitbit.
  5. Tap Cancel Subscription. If you don't see that, the subscription is already cancelled and won't renew.

Hi, Lizzy. Once on the "Select Subscriptions" screen on iOS, what actions do we take to cancel the subscription and make sure that it does not auto-renew? What do we do after "Choosing Fitbit"? For example, my screen shows the subscription as "Active", with a note that it will be expiring soon, but it doesn't seem to show an indication as to whether it will auto-renew or not. I do not want it to auto-renew. Thanks!

Hi there, @KevBot33.

Thanks for the details provided, as well as trying the steps suggested above. After choosing Fitbit on your iOS device, tap Cancel SubscriptionIf you don't see this, it means the subscription is already cancelled and won't renew. Unfortunately, my daughter and I joined Fitbit Premium via the Fitbit website when we activated our new Fitbits last year.  We did not join through our IOS app.  I know I saw when it was going to expire on the Fitbit website but can no longer find it.

For Android, you don't go to the Play Store.

Open the Fitbit App, touch your profile photo at top left.  This takes you into an Account menu.  Scroll down near the bottom and Select “Account Setting”.

Touch Manage Subscriptions.  That displays your Premium status, next Payment amount and date.

Select payment.  This shows which credit card will be charged and allow you to update, change, or add a backup payment method.  At the bottom of this screen is a BUTTON "Cancel Subscription".  Select as desired and follow the prompts or back out.
