How to activate the Fitbit Premium Free trial?

I cant get the trial version only united states was allowed how do i get it?

Anyone new to Fitbit Premium can get a 90-day free trial. To do so: 

1. If Fitbit Premium is available in your region, you'll see a Premium tab in the Fitbit app. Tap the Premium tab.
2. Read the overview, and tap the button to get started.
3. Choose a 1-year or monthly subscription to start after your free trial, and follow the instructions to purchase.

Hi, I have signed up with premium on the six months free trial when I purchased the sense. It has been four days and I still can't access the premium content. I have tried logging off and back on with no luck. When I try to purchase the premium it said I already subscribed. Can you assist thanks.

I appreciate the troubleshooting tried prior to posting. Your Fitbit Premium subscription will activate as soon as you set up your Fitbit Sense, if it's already set up but your subscription isn't activating please restore your purchases by doing the following: 

1. In the Fitbit app, tap the Today tab 

    > your profile picture.

2. Scroll down and tap Restore Purchases > OK.
