I bought a Fitbit Versa 3 and got a trial premium membership with it. I just got an email that it will automatically charge me when it runs out shortly. It doesn’t appear in the app under subscriptions or my Apple account so I can’t cancel it there, I’ve spent an hour getting more and more frustrated trying to figure out how to cancel it. The community posts say in this situation to contact support (who are now not available until Monday morning (it’s Friday night now)).
it’s ruined my weekend and made me wish I’d bought a Garmin instead (my versa 3 was a replacement for my faulty charge 2, which was a replacement for another faulty charge 2).
cancelling a trial subscription shouldn’t be the most difficult thing you have to do!

@Rachelfitbiy Welcome to the Fitbit Community. Thanks for the details mentioned and the research done prior to posting.
I see where your disappointment is coming from. Your feedback is appreciated, we're always striving to improve our services offered.
Since your subscription isn't appearing under your Apple subscriptions, it seems like it was purchased on Fitbit.com, to cancel it follow these steps:
Hope this helps.
