How to use discount code from health plan?

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I received a free subscription code for Fitbit Premium from my healthcare plan. When I went to use it on my iPhone I was immediately enrolled in the 90-day free trial. I don't want my Apple ID payment method to be charged when the free period ends. I don't see where I can use the discount code. Either online or in the App store. Please advise.

@MaryNellR A warm welcome to the Community. I'll be happy to clarify your inquiry.

Thanks for letting me know that you received a discount code from your health plan. At the moment, there's no option to enter any discount codes either through the Fitbit App store or the app store. To better assist you, let me know the name of the health plan.

Additionally, since you already signed up for the 90-day Free trial, please make sure that you cancel your subscription before it auto renews.

I'll be around if you have any additional questions.

Can I use this discount code online? I also got this discount code, but I can't use it online...Did I do something wrong? Overall I'm unlucky... almost all the discount codes or free trial periods I get, I can't use...The only time it really worked from the first time to me was when I decided to try A 30-day “free look period " of remedigap.com when I had 30 days to decide if I want to keep the new Medigap policy. In addition, I liked everything so much that I decided to buy the full Plan F, which turned out to be the best fit for me.
