I have a similar issue. It logged the session for the first time I used a session, but now it no longer gives me the option to log the session even though it is a different day.

It's great to see you here, @dearyoga.
If you want to see your mindfulness session, make sure to do the following: From the Today tab, tap the Mindfulness tile > Your Journey to see your mindfulness-related activities, including meditation sessions, guided breathing, and EDA sessions (Note: The EDA Scan app is only available on Sense).
If this isn't your issue, please provide me with a screenshot of what you are not seeing.
Let me know how it goes.

Hey, I'm not sure if this has been asked before, but I was wondering if anyone was having the same issue as me. I am doing the guided meditation on the app but it is not logging it. It logged one session but hasn't since. Does anyone know if there's a fix for this? Thanks, Shaunagh 🙂

My app does not give me the option to track my mindfulness. It makes me exit out of the videos. I do it through my fitbit also but its not letting me track anything.

I do some of the mindfulness sessions every day, morning and evening, but my brand new Charge 4 won't log them. It automatically asked me if I wanted to log the first 2 that I did, but after that, it stopped asking me and I can't find any way to log the sessions. My notification settings are on, my day setting is at 7 days. It worked for a couple of days, but no more. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Thanks for getting back, @dearyoga and @SunsetRunner, welcome to the Forums.
I appreciate the extra information regarding this problem. I would like to know if you have checked if your Fitbit apps are updated? Are you using an Android or Apple phone?.
Keep me posted.

It is still not logging the mindfulness sessions. I use a Samsung phone, and all my apps are up to date, and I have restarted my phone twice. Wondering if it has something to do with the zone challenge, as a couple other people seem to be having the same problem as me, starting at about the same time...

This is exactly the problem I'm having and tried to explain in several messages above. This is obviously a widespread issue, can someone at Fitbit look into it?

I’ve had the same experience with my Samsung S10 where I was not being prompted to log my mindfulness session. In the end I had to uninstall the Fitbit app, restart my phone and reinstall the Fitbit app. Push notifications were on all the time but this was the only thing that worked.
Perhaps suggest this to all other users experiencing difficulties?

Up to this week, when completing a mindfulness session, it would be recorded... registering towards my weekly goal. Starting this week, I have completed over 3 mindfulness sessions, exactly the same as in the past, but the software is not registering them... they don't appear in the mindfulness goal history. How is this rectified? Thanks

I have the Fitbit Alta HR and the mindfulness sessions, when complete, would ask me to "log it". Not only does it no longer ask whether I want to log it, but it doesn;; even log it AT ALL. There have been no answers from the Fitbit moderators. ALl of the answers are not helpful at all. I've updated the app, I've re-downloaded it. Nothing is working. Considering the price of premium, it's a great disapointment. And NO, mindfulness is NOT exercise!
