I have a similar issue. It logged the session for the first time I used a session, but now it no longer gives me the option to log the session even though it is a different day.

'I’ve had the same experience with my Samsung S10 where I was not being prompted to log my mindfulness session.  In the end I had to uninstall the Fitbit app, restart my phone and reinstall the Fitbit app.  Push notifications were on all the time but this was the only thing that worked.'

This actually worked for me, thanks for the suggestion

Seen the same behaviour with my Charge 4

Worked ok for a while, alas no more ☹️

Actually this fix only worked for one day - then it reverted to not logging as previously described.  So there's still a problem as I'm not going to delete and add the app every day just to ensure that I can log meditation sessions

It worked for me for a couple of days but you’re right, it’s no longer working with an active notification appearing in the app.  It does appear as a silent notification in my notification list (accessed by swiping down on my Home Screen) but if I accidentally clear those while looking for it, it’s gone for good.

@Admin - it appears that there’s an incompatibility with the latest app and the latest android update whereby you can no longer set the Fitbit notifications for mindfulness to active, not silent.  Other, more established notifications appear to be working as normal (eg sleep reminders, getting close to goals still being active reminders, not silent).  Looking in the notification settings, there are toggles for exercise push notifications but not for mindfulness push notifications.

So are there plans to fix the issue?

I decided to start using the mindfulness option. After I'd listened to the first one a message came up allowing me to record the fact that the first of my daily sessions had been completed. On my phone there was a tick under the day of the week that I'd done it and on the front screen is said 1 of 7 days done.  However, I've done 3 more sessions since and none have offered the option to record the fact that I'd done them and they have not been recognised on the front screen - it still says 1 of 7.  What am I doing wrong?  Thanks to anyone who can help.

I'm having the same problem.  It registered the first session I did,  but none of the others.  Still shows day 1 of 7 completed.

I have the same problem. My first sessions logged from my app till last week. Now it comes up on my watch, asks if I want to log the session, and only gives two options - 'no thanks' or 'clear'.

Same for me samsung S8. Worked twice now no longer logging sessions.

Mine is Charge 4 and Sumsung is my mobile device.
There are 2 problems with mindfulness:
1. For the past 2 sessions, no heart rate data they show:
0 > 0 bmp
(There was no problem earlier)
2. The heart rate graph, the line usually not continue until the end of session.

Two and a half weeks after it not working, and me reporting to Fitbit help about 4-5 times (often with them promising to call back, which never happened) it suddenly started working.

I had done everything they asked a dozen or more times. The last I had followed their advice was the day before it started working.

They are still silent about what the problem was. They thanked me for reporting that it started to work again after 2.5 weeks. It's still glitchy. Sometimes it takes two times for it to read one.

I wish!  Mine has now stopped allowing me to log sessions, even when I look for a silent notification in my Samsung notifications.  This is really poor from Fitbit.

Not great either.

My health insurance is linked to my fitbit so the fact that it seems to not log  us not impressive.

I don't want to go the apple watch route but.......

It stopped working for the last four days. But today it worked.

So four days of using it went unrecorded. I'll see whether it works tomorrow.

My Charge 3 no longer shows any change in my heart rate during my mindfulness sessions. It keeps telling me to wear my fitbit which I am. It no longer accurately logs my sleep either. Really frustrating when i’m paying for premium. Help!!!!

My mindfulness hasn't been logging either. The pop up box asking if you want to log the session has disappeared after the mindfulness session finishes.

Same here sadly.  It has only logged three sessions for me in the past three weeks and nothing in the past seven days.  This should be relaxing me, not stressing me out.  Epic fail for something I am paying a premium for.
