Recently FitBit updated the design of the “sleep log” information and took away a lot of vital visual data required to use it easily.
When I signed in this morning everything was completely different and the app had alluded to me getting the detailed sleep information back IF i signed up for FitBit premium, After getting premium the information is EXACTLY THE SAME.
this doesn’t seem right to me.

I hate it. I could scroll through my sleep days and see patterns before. That is gone completely. Visually this is awful. I will be canceling my premium and looking for something new. They have no right making this drastic of a change when I pay for the privilege of having it every month.

This new app is total crap! I pay annually and this app is the main reason I have Premium! I've called to cancel and ask for a prorated refund of my annual payment. I told them I'm canceling because this new app is worthless to me. They said it's their policy NOT to refund any money period. I asked for a supervisor and they said they are busy and will call me back. You guessed it, haven't gotten a call =:(

After being away from Fitbit for years, I was so excited to be gifted with a charge five for Christmas. I wanted to track my sleep. Now that you have gone to Google, support has been less useful. You’ve redesigned the sleep graph. I can no longer track things the way I used to. Premium no longer allows me to enlarge the graphic. I feel like this is useless. I am trying to switch back out of premium and have been told that is not possible until my upgrade expires. This just is not right. please bring back the old graph

Agreed! It’s not just how the data is displayed, it’s how it’s being recorded. The “sleep” log is recording the hour or two while I sit quietly reading or watching TV as my being asleep. Total BS. Also, the graph that shows how I compare to my age group only shows my “sleep” stages. The new graph displaying sleep stages is worthless. Revert to the previous version! I pay for a Premium subscription for this? Not for long.

I am also SO disappointed with the new scheme for presenting sleep data. The graphics are pretty much useless for evaluating sleep stages.
And I can't even find the Restoration % heart rate below resting, which I depended on, as it seems to be the best indicator for me of how well I slept.
I haven't cancelled Premium yet, but am seriously considering it.
Wondering What Was Fitbit Thinking???!!!

Aaagh. Exactly my same complaints. Why did they change something that was working. Trying to figure out where to complain.

Same here only now my Fitbit keeps saying it not charging even though it has 65% charge and it lost all my historical data and the band keeps falling off the Fitbit Charge 4

The same thing is happening to me, it’s unacceptable, especially with someone like me with ALS that’s using historical data for tracking my ALS progression.

Shortly before the Sleep tracker chart was changed I paid for a years subscription after which the chart was changed. This new chart is not what I paid for and wanted a refund!
