Dear Fitbit Community,
In our continued goal to bring you the best possible experiences, we're making some adjustments to Fitbit Premium. Starting today the Wellness Report feature will no longer be available via the web. You still have access to all the health data previously displayed in the Wellness Report within the Fitbit app.
If you have any questions or require assistance, please visit our support page at support.google.com/fitbit/gethelp.
Thank you for understanding.

I wonder what data they’re basing their “customer-centric” decisions on. I haven’t seen any new features that are beneficial to me, only features that are being taken away. And, without any notification to all of their premium customers! I sure didn’t get any email about this discontinued feature but they have no problem auto-renewing my paid subscription.

Hi KJR,
I guess you know my post was deleted by a moderator. He said the post went against Community Guidelines because, in his opinion I guess, it was "inflammatory." I respectfully disagreed and told him he took what I posted out of context. I did say there were a couple of statements I should have left out, but that was only because they were written based on frustration. 🙄 The statements were not bad; however, I'm not one to cause trouble in forums and do my best to always be respectful, so I could have left the statements out of the post. Not that it matters now. 😅 I will be rewriting the post and removing the aforementioned statements and reword some things.I honestly don't feel it should have been deleted. I didn't say anything that hasn't already been posted in the forum. I don’t think the mod really understood my perspective when all I was doing was quoting part of a post a moderator made and questioning how it was justified. No one likes to be called out for something, but when the facts are right in front of you sometimes you need to look at them. I don’t think anyone wants to spend money on any product/service when they can't get answers to their questions. And that was a big part of my post. I don't believe asking questions and deserving an answer is unreasonable. I think I'm going to contact the corporate office to ask how someone should handle issues, questions, etc., that are not being dealt with here in the forum. It may take some time, but I'm an extremely patient individual, and that tends to help a lot. Wish me luck. 👍 Anyway, I appreciated your comment on my post, and I still don't know why the moderator deemed it inflammatory. No one I know who read it could find just cause fore it being deleted. I'll figure something out. I may not be the brightest crayon in the box, but I'm the sharpest when I have to be. 😂 :hundred_points: Again, thanks for your reply, and I guess I'll catch you around when you are in the forum. 😎

Interesting. I noticed my word choice was edited. Not sure why unless there was some sort of misspelling. I don’t see any noticeable changes in my response.

"To serve you better we're giving you less!"
Yea, right.
And I'm now paying less, just canceled 2 subscriptions. But I realize Google doesn't give a hoot. It started with the idea that graphing widgets should anchor to weeks (a business concept) and not "last x days". It's been down hill ever since.

I am a Premium Fitbit user and the sleep data and Wellness data are very important to me, and the sole reason I have a Premium account. This morning I had no sleep score, no breakdown of sleep stages (only time awake, time asleep, and time restless) and no Wellness data at all. I called the Fitbit help line and they had me to change from normal to sensitive data collection. I'll see what data I get in the morning, but if this is what I can expect from now on I will be cancelling my subscription. Way to spoil a good thing!

Stefanie, please reinstate the wellness report via the FitBit app. I tired export as an alternative and it generated thousands of files, which is not something that I can give my MD for my appointment today. It seems that export is calculated to be unworkable, even to someone who has been a programmer for 50 years. Ernie Beffel

Go to the glucose tile (add it if you don’t have it). Click on the question mark in the top right and scroll down a bit. You’ll see a sentence that starts with “start a better conversation with your doctor by downloading a Wellness Report” Click on that wellness report hyperlink and it will generate one for you!

Cancelling my premium as the Wellness Report was one of my primary reasons for premium.
For those of us living with chronic illness, this change will leave us without data and increase the difficulties in navigating health care. Totally disappointed.
Fitbit Moderators - you can see I am not alone. Please see many many responses about this.

It is useful sometime to read previous messages.
KJJR posted time ago :
"Thanks to another poster, I found the wellness report today. Go to GLUCOSE (if you don’t see it you may need to add that tile to your screen) then click on the ? In the top right and scroll down a bit until you see a “Wellness Report” hyperlink buried in a paragraph. Click on that and you can get the Wellness Report! Provides last 30 days and last year numbers."
It is still there, only more difficult to find.

UPDATE: Held out in hopes of getting back the wellness report given the clear & immediate customer outrage. Family have all jumped to Samsung watches :watch:️ 👌🏻 Zero subscription fees for a way, way more advanced hardware & software health experience. Not even in the same ballpark in comparison.
Fitbit was the last non -Samsung product we had.. 5 years = 2 sense & 1 versa .. all died similar deaths which was also BIZARRO. Unreal how Fitbit was driven into the ground on all fronts leaving their entire suite of products frrom hardware to software to subscriptions, .. all of it just crashed & burned! :fire: TOTALLY BIZARRO corporate behavior & have now canceled our memberships. Good job IT people... way to steer a company into the ground 🙄
Good luck to all on fitness journeys & to chronic pain / illness patients trying to get the most out of this life 🫂 ~ ✌🏻

Can I ask what Samsung watch you got and if it provides a wellness report ?
I have an apple but all it does is put stuff in health
Bought and inexpensive Fitbit because I loved the wellness report hanging on in hope they’ll bring it back but about to jump ship

The bottom line is to consider the big picture before to jump boat.
Just my 2 cents.

The Wellness Report is still available under Glucose (at least for now). I just downloaded it. Click on the ? in the upper right and scroll down a bit. In the section "Why manage blood glucose", there's an inset that says "Start a better conversation with your doctor..." The link is there.
None of this of course addresses why Google won't allow this report to be more readily available.
