Hi, so I cancelled my premium subscription and have the confirmation from google play however it's still showing as premium in my app. How can I remove this?
I have tried the following;
Logging out
Uninstall
Force stop
Has anyone got any idea?
Will it just drop off next month when a new bill month cycle starts?

"Your subscription expires at the end of your current monthly or yearly subscription term."

How did you drop Premium? I've been on the promo period of ~3 months, and I can't figure out how to get off premium?

Hiya,
On the fitbit app if you go to settings, account settings and manage subscriptions you should be able to cancel premium there.
If you are android you can also cancel through the google play app.
I hope you manage to cancel it ok.

Thank you. When I click on premium in the phone app (iOS), it gives me like 6 options of premium to look into. But there is no cancellation button.
Similarly, I do not see any evidence of premium in the web dashboard.
Any other ideas? This doesn't seem normal.

@Erich777 Hi there. Just wanted to jump in and share instructions on how to cancel Premium subscription:
- In the Fitbit app, tap the Today tab
> your profile picture.
- Scroll down and tap Manage Subscriptions. Your active subscriptions open in your phone’s app store.
- Tap your Fitbit Premium subscription > Cancel Subscription. Note that you won't see this option if you already canceled your subscription. Your subscription expires at the end of your current monthly or yearly subscription term.
Once you're in your phone's store, follow these instructions to cancel it.

I don't see that when I tap on my photo. What I see is: 5 layers of choices: Personal/Badges & Trophies/Groups/Guided Programs/Health Assessments. No sign of "manage subscriptions" anywhere...
When I click on the Fitbit button, I get 6 rows of choices: Advanced Sleep analysis/Guided Programs/Wellness Report/Mindfulness Sessions/Video workouts/Fun games & new challenges.
Is there any other way? Through the web dashboard, for example?

In this case please manage your Fitbit Premium subscription directly from the Apple store, follow the instructions mentioned on this article. Keep in mind that since this subscription was purchased through your phone's store, it needs to be cancelled from there too.

I cancelled Premium through Play Store but Premium is still showing on the app. When I cancelled this I received a message to say that Premium would go on 28 December. It’s still there.

Mine changed back to normal on my new billing month. So I actually had access to premium all throughout December.

I have been trying to cancel premium and go through the app and when it flips to Google play I click on manage subscription but it never gets to where I can cancel it. I guess I'm missing something.

Mine was purchase as a free trial not through apple. I’m so annoyed going back and forth with support and they are doing nothing.
