Premium message not correct

My Fitbit Premium calorie goal is 1200. Yesterday I consumed 900 calories. I realize that is low, but I got a message in the Understanding Calories section that said I missed my goal and should eat LESS and move more. What’s with that?  The computer generated message center can’t tell that I was under my goal?

Two days in a row now the Understand Calories section of my premium acct has commented “hmm you missed yesterdays goal.” And “you missed your goal. Eat less...”My goal is 1200 and yesterday my food intake was 1197, and 900 the day before. (I posted previously but expected my new 3 calorie differential to be considered as goal met) If the computer is going to scold me, it should at least get it’s facts right.

Ok. If I consume 1200-1250 calories it says I met my goal. If I consume
less than 1200 it still tells me I missed my goal. And at one point told me
to eat less.

It also tells me I am not logging all my calories when I am not within goal
range.

I know I’m fine, just needs to be tweeked.

Thank you.

Ok. Last time I write. I am attaching screenshots of my progress yesterday and the message I got from Fit Bit premium. This message really should be synced with going OVER allotted calorie amount. (Mine is 1200) or doing LESS than your step goal. (Mine is 4900). If anything it should tell me I’m not eating enough.

@Darkh09 Thanks for getting back. I appreciate the screenshot shared.

The reason why it's showing that you missed your calorie goal is because you're not reaching the calorie goal that you set for this program. It will show that you missed your goal even if you eat less or eat more. Your feedback is appreciated, we're always striving to improve our services offered.

So, it says you missed your goal if your calories consumed are less or more than the goal. There must be a range of calories where the goal is met. What is the range?

My plan is to miss under the goal, so, I'll interpret the message as "Atta boy".
