It’s the dotted line on the graph below, it’s just the “key” like on a map.
That’s where your sleeping heart rate should be under....
I hope that makes sense!

My Charge 3 Sleeping HR Chart stopped displaying the graph about two weeks ago. The Sleep Recovery Numbers are computed and the pulse rate data is displayed on the main HR chart, but HR data is missing in the Sleeping HR chart.
Restarting, rebooting, reinstalling. No change.
Unable with this to attach my three screen shots from iPhone 11 Pro, Premium Fitbit App version 3.27 for unknown reasons
Thanks for any advice.

I have the same problem, but got a Ionic. Weird thing... if I got to to heart rate graph (the one one in the all day section, not sleep section) I see the data. Maybe it's a display bug? I'm using an iPhone to pair with my Ionic.

@A_Giraffe There is a similar longer thread in the Versa forum. Most of the people who replied are also iOS users. You mentioned an app update. App updates don't go to all users all at once
I had my sleeping heart rate yesterday, but not today. I am pretty sure that I had v3.26 yesterday, but have 3.27 today. What app version do you have?
I notified a moderator about this new issue.

@steveojp @TheOGKirikou I think this is an app issue, not a device issue. I reported it to a moderator.

Same problem here. I have iPhone 11 updated up but I have not done the recent iPhone update yet. Waiting to hear if there are resolutions

Yesterday, my sleeping heart rate graph disappeared. It was there when I first woke up, but then after the App performed a "clean up", the graph disappeared. Looking back, ALL sleeping heart rate graphs in my history have disappeared. The numbers are there, but not the graphs.
I have Ionic version 70.8.0 and iOS 13.6.

Interesting @Boball that yours has been gone for so long. When I noticed mine 4 nights ago, I tried to look beyond the 4 nights and now there is no data from ANY of my nights. So frustrating.

Same here as of 8/1/2020. I have the charge 3 (2nd replacement in less than 1 yr), using iPhone app v 3.27 (984). All number percentages are appearing but no graphing.

Hi @LZeeW thanks for your reply. I didn’t post this in the Versa section as I’m pretty sure it’s an app issue rather than a fault with the smartwatch but I will check out the thread you mentioned in case there’s a solution.
The app version I’m currently using is v. 3.27 which updated around 3 days ago for me. Up until this update, the sleep resting heart rate graph displayed fine as checking my sleep score is the first thing I do while eating breakfast.

I’m also having this issue. I’m on iOS, app version 3.27 and this graph disappeared after said update.
Sleeping heart rate is being tracked so that’s a small consolation but the graph just isn’t showing. It’s annoying as the UK is currently experiencing a heart wave and I was really curious to see how my heart rate would look during the night.

Same issue here. All the sleeping heart rates graphs are gone from my history as well. I noticed it a few days ago. Everything is updated so I am wondering if the update had anything to do with it.

I recently also upgraded to Premium, and though I CAN see my basic sleep data, I CANNOT see any data on the Sleeping Heartrate graph. How can I get the device to record data on that graph?

@rbittman A warm welcome to the Community. Thanks for letting me know that you've been experiencing this.
I would like to clarify that sleep stages are tracked by your watch/tracker, Fitbit Premium will only show the sleep analysis with the data that has been previously tracked by your Fitbit device.
Please confirm you've followed the troubleshooting posted above. If you continue experiencing difficulties, let me know the Fitbit model that you have.
I'll be around if you have any additional questions.

@JAWard A warm welcome to the Fitbit Community. Thanks for the details mentioned.
I appreciate the troubleshooting tried prior to posting. The analysis of sleeping heart rate & restlessness will show in your Fitbit app as soon as your Charge 3 tracks sleep stages.
In order to provide you with the proper troubleshooting, please follow these instructions to attach a screenshot to your next reply.
Looking forward to hearing back from you.
