Thanks for confirming the issue. Seems that this isn’t limited to a few people. Hopefully they will create a fix & all will be restored, including the historical data.

I have the exact same issue. All was fine until 3 days ago and now sleep heart rate chart is blank. All other charts are good.

Cool. This has to be a system glitch and my device probably fine.

I am experiencing the same issue.

My wife and I have the same problem plus our Restoration charts are blank. She has iPhone X and Charge 2. I have iPhone XS Max and Versa. For both of us, the problem started with graphs generated after installing iOS 13.6. All previous graphs are fine. We both have version 3.27 of the Fitbit app. Hope that helps.

Hi everyone! Thank you so much for the details mentioned and the screenshots attached.

I've merged your posts here because it looks like you're experiencing the same issue on the Fitbit app and it's mostly happening to iOS users.

Since the HR data is showing in other tabs but not in the Premium sleeping HR chart, please log out from the app, force quit it and then log back in. As always make sure that you have the latest app version

If after this, you're still experiencing the same let me know the phone model and OS installed on it. If you haven't previously mentioned it.

Looking forward to hearing back from you. I'll be around if you have any additional questions.

Logged out.  Logged back in. The Sleeping HR Chart is still Blank.

Uninstalled App.  Rebooted iPhone.  Reinstalled App.  Logged in.  The Sleeping HR Chart remains Blank.

Removed my Charge 3.  Reconnected my Charge 3.  The Sleeping HR Chart remains Blank.  Same result for rebooting Charge 3.

I have tried all of the usual iPhone tricks: rebooting, hard rebooting, resetting network settings, etc.  No joy.
