Best AnswerNow there is a photo icon. Here are the screenshots
None of the old graphs from last week or the week before render any more. Problem arose two or three days ago.
Are you using an Android or IPhone?
Best AnswerI tried that, and it still does not show data in sleeping restoration heart rate graph. iPhones xs 13.6, app 3.27 (984)
Ok I’m showing graph data today. Not prior days though. Was something fixed ??
Best AnswerNone of my graphs render back to March2020 (and earlier). They did render and display before this problem. So it seems like a new graph rendering or display bug and not a data bug.

I don’t wish to be rude but this bug has existed for 5 days and there are 5/6 threads reporting the issue all with screenshots and steps users have taken to try to overcome the problem and it’s only just been escalated to the developers?
Fitbit moderators seemed to be replying to every thread other than the ones reporting this bug and since this option within the app is a paid for perk, the level of support is quite frankly unacceptable.
I began having the same problem two days ago, too. I also noted that my resting HR jumped several beats two days ago even tho’ my workouts have remained consistent. I tried resetting, but no change. Thanks for sharing.
Best AnswerI guess Fitbit developers don’t actually use Fitbit that much or at least don’t fall for premium membership. Otherwise they would not wait for the moderator...
@A_Giraffe , thanks! I will try post Fitbit issues to Apple Watch first. They may get the news sooner😂
Best AnswerI received my Fitbit in December as a Christmas gift. I immediately paid and became a premium user. My device recently stopped functioning properly. It's not tracking my heart rate nor my sleep. The green light on back is not working (no green light). I was really enjoying this device and I surely hope that it can serve ever purpose that it was intended to serve. Can you please tell me how to fix these issues?
