Is this ever going to be fixed?
The enhanced sleep analysis is probably the only decent perk of having Fitbit premium and it’s been 9 days now since I updated the app and this bug appeared.
I’m certainly not going to be renewing my subscription when it’s due for renewal in a few days

Also having this issue and have been for the last few days.
Very disappointed as I’ve only had a Charge 4 for a few weeks. I appreciate that technical glitches happen and I wouldn’t be so frustrated if this wasn’t the latest in quite a number of issues since I bought it (all have been raised by others on this forum).
Very much doubt I’ll continue with Fitbit premium...

Mine is an iPhone. Graph has been blank for two nights. I just deleted the app and reloaded it but it hasn’t backdated any data. Will see if it records tonight.

Just spoke with an advisor and they confirmed they are aware of the issue but do not know when it’ll be fixed so I’ve cancelled my subscription for now!

This function is not working for my Charge 3 on my iPhone. It went blank last week. I think this is a problem with your app.

Jumping in to the discussion - I just noticed a couple days ago that my restoration sleep data graph is empty. I can't even find a way to "see" that data on the website... I've liked my Ionic (mostly) & I do like the premium content and features. But this is getting old... too many recent glitches.
Like others, I monitor my HR and sleep data due to cardiac conditions and sleep apnea. Please Fitbit, fix this issue!!!

I got through with someone at FitBit on Chat yesterday and they told me they would send the information to the tech department and would get back with me in a couple of days. Hopefully this issue will resolved soon.

I honestly don’t understand why it takes so long to restore a function ( so far 9 days as pointed out earlier). It’s not like inventing a new one. 95% of power was restored in 9 days after Hurricane Sandy! Totally lost confidence on Fitbit. Who knows whether those REM, Deep. Light stages are accurate or not. Quit Premium!

I have the Alta HR and it is doing the same thing. It just started a few days ago. Sounds like an app issue.
