Best AnswerJuly 29th was the last time it graphed for me. Last night, the graph was created again for the first time. I have an Inspire HR.
I have the exact same issue and I went through all the steps advised by chat support. This started when the app updated and I am a premium user. Please fix this! It’s o be of the most important things I follow.
Hello, still no sleeping heart rate graph. It’s now18/8/20. Whilst you acknowledge d that Fitbit was aware of the problem we’ve not had an update re how/when it’s fixed for a few days. Please advise.
I have had NO tracking since August 1...not one time. Cancelling Premium today.
Best AnswerThere are some people who have specific reasons for tracking their sleep data and need to know when their heart rate is fluctuating, not just that it is, in order to understand why. Please stop trying to make light of this. For some, it’s a tool not a novelty.
My iPhone 11 that I had complained about the sleeping heart rate graph suddenly started working again. Thank you!
