Still waiting for a fix and it's been over 2 weeks. And I pay for Premium. My Premium renews September 22nd and I'm seriously considering not renewing it, if the app doesn't do what it is supposed to do.

My Premium was due for renewal today so I cancelled. The enhanced sleep was the only worthwhile perk to having it. Since it’s been broken now for 2 weeks what’s the point in continuing to pay?
Perhaps if more people cancelled and they started noticing a loss in revenue, perhaps they’d actually consider trying to fix it?
What was the new app update for anyway? The release notes say “bug fixes and performances improvements”. What bugs were fixed?

I used Fitbit live chat to report this issue. I was told that they were working on it. When asked if I could get a credit to my Premium service, they sent me to support.apple.com/en-us/HT202039
Fitbit should credit those affected with the prorated fee for the Premium service for as long as they don't have the service available that we are paying for.

The graph shows if you go to bed in am and wake in am but if you go to bed in pm and wake in am the graph tries to display backwards (like someone coded the way it computes a day wrong) so if you click on the graph and it comes up blank and you hold finger in left of the blank graph a small part of your hours show backwards to the left
so basically am to am data is running forwards and pm to am data running backwards hence graph not displaying. If this coding could be fixed would be great

@Jindavic brilliant observation. With all the clues and testing provided by dedicated Fitbit users, let's hope the fix will be within the week as promised.

I've noticed over the past few days that the sleeping heart rate chart within the Restoration section of the Sleep Tab of the app is not functioning/populating with data. Within the same section the Estimated oxygen variation chart is functioning normally, but the chart above is completely blank. I believe the app is up to date, my phone is an Iphone 7, and my Fitbit is an Iconic. Is anyone else seeing this issue?

I am having the same issue. Started a couple days ago. The Restorative Resting Heart Rate numbers are there, but the graphic configuration is not.
I anxiously await your fix.
