I have a similar problem. As of about 2 weeks ago my premium does not display sleeping heart rate. It provides the data - how much above and how much below the resting rate but nothing on the graph. I have made sure that the watch is not to loose on my arm and is a couple of fingers up from my wrist - to no avail. Where to from here please?

I noticed this problem at the beginning of August. When I first Googled the problem, I ended up on a more general sleep analysis thread with people suggesting all sorts of fixes, most of which did not seem to work for others. I tried a couple, and they did not work with the sleep restoration chart. Then I found this more specific thread yesterday. Moderator Kate weighed in on Aug. 20, saying Fitbit was working on fixing it. But no updates since Aug. 20. Some have said the chart is still working on Android phones, but not on iPhones. Some say if you go to sleep after midnight, it also works. I cancelled Premium yesterday and will probably sign up again Premium after this problem is fixed. I did not want to continue to pay for something I was not getting. And sleep analysis is what I primarily wanted with Premium.

My free trial ended yesterday (you will get an email with the date and time your free trial ends). Because of this problem with the sleep chart, with no immediate end in sight, I cancelled my subscription before I had to pay for it.

I just ordered my Apple Watch...and it will be arriving today. It’s safe to say that the problem will be solved overnight now that I’m not using the ionic anymore. But, shame on you Fitbit. I have purchased 5 of these devices over the last many years, for myself and as gifts for family. Never again. I expect e refund for the 3 months remaining on my Premium subscription.

Thank you for your updated message that Fitbit is working on the problem. However, that only addresses part of the issue. Many of us are either paying a premium fee for this feature, or are using up days of a free trial to use this feature. What is the plan to either compensate/credit those that are paying for functionality they are not receiving, and those that are using up their free trial period without this added benefit?

Good point. I spent at least 3-4 weeks of my free three-month Premium subscription without the sleep restoration heart rate graph. Aug. 26 was my deadline to either pay for Premium, or cancel it. I cancelled it.

Thanks for the insight that the SHR graph works when you sleep after midnight.
I checked all my records (earliest Feb 2020). Every time I slept after midnight the SHR graph worked. The few times I slept before midnight, it didn’t work.
But I think it is not about sleeping after midnight.
It’s the am start time.
e.g. The SHR graph worked when I started my sleep at 10:25am and for other morning sleep starts.

Hello moderators. All is quiet from Fitbit re the fix for our missing heart rate graph. Please provide an update ASAP because this problem has been evident & acknowledged by Fitbit for weeks.
Graph still not showing! What’s the plan?

The Fitbit "bug" with the Sleeping Heart Rate graph also deleted all your history, The graphs were recording until about Aug. 6 or so. So now, the graphs only show when you went to bed past midnight in your current and past history. I rarely go to bed after midnight. But when I looked back over my history, which once showed the SHR graphs, only the nights I went to bed after midnight show. It's a bug that only Fitbit can fix. And this issue has been going on for almost one full month.

I started using the SHR graph Feb 2020. It seems in my case, the problem (no graph with pm sleep starts) was there from when I started using premium. My guess is that the problem probably existed before I started using it.

Danai, this is a great point. I just searched through my sleep history and graphs appear for any night I went to bed after midnight. Going to bed before 12:01am produces a blank graph. Thank you!
