YES! My app was already updated, but something about opening it through the app store made the premium sleep graph reappear. Now I just hope it lasts. Thank you!

Since I cancelled my free trial, I’ve been using my daily heart rate for
this info. With that said I’m going pot out of this chain. Thanks and good
luck!

Hello Mrs Packrat. That’s precisely what happened to me! The update was already open & didn’t fix the issue. I went into the App Store a few times & then eventually I could “get” it. Graphs now appearing. Amazeballs.

YES!  I deleted my iPhone app version 3.28 and download 3.29.  Presto, yippee, it updated last night's heart rate, all this complaining paid off.  thanks all, bye

graphs are now showing. 😊

I’ve had the same issues since mid August. I just updated my app to ver 3.29 via the App Store. Sleeping heart rate Graphs are back

Yea! It worked. Had to delete the old app, reboot my iPhone and then reinstall the app from the Apple Store.  Working fine - check back tomorrow.  Thanks for all the input.  Thanks, FITBIT for finally getting it fixed.

Thanks you, this worked for me as well. I had to go into the app store though as it has version 3.29 and I had 3.28 on my phone the iOS apple auto-update isn't out yet, so I had to click the app in the app store and then update it manually, it worked. So Happy now!!!

Spoiler
I reported this initially on 5/15/20 directly to Fitbit Support through a DM and again on 7/25/20 through the forum.  For the record it started when I had my prior Charge 3 (had to replace the screen went black) and has continued on my new Charge 3 but lately the restoration graph is almost always missing.  I’m glad someone is finally looking into it.

How do you update the app manually on iPhone? I can't figure out how to do that?

Hi Hoffman
One way is to go to the app in the App Store and hit the update button.
