9/7/2020 Update: This issue is resolved as of app update 3.29
We are aware of an issue where customers will see a blank Sleep HR graph on iOS. Our team is currently working on a fix and hope to have it resolved soon. Please stay tuned to this thread for updates and please ensure you keep your iOS app up to date.

Best AnswerYES! I deleted my iPhone app version 3.28 and download 3.29. Presto, yippee, it updated last night's heart rate, all this complaining paid off. thanks all, bye
Best AnswerI’ve had the same issues since mid August. I just updated my app to ver 3.29 via the App Store. Sleeping heart rate Graphs are back
Best AnswerYea! It worked. Had to delete the old app, reboot my iPhone and then reinstall the app from the Apple Store. Working fine - check back tomorrow. Thanks for all the input. Thanks, FITBIT for finally getting it fixed.

Best AnswerThanks you, this worked for me as well. I had to go into the app store though as it has version 3.29 and I had 3.28 on my phone the iOS apple auto-update isn't out yet, so I had to click the app in the app store and then update it manually, it worked. So Happy now!!!
