Best Answeri just updated my app in the ios app store, and i am seeing my restoration sleeping heart rate graph for the first time in weeks (months?)!
Best AnswerNo data on restoration heart rate graph.
- Data graphed normally on morning of 9/2/20
- No sleep data 9/3/20 bc device was charging
- All sleep data on morning of 9/4/20 is normal but restoration graph is blank
Best AnswerI got my graph info back! And my graph data came up this morning!
I deleted the app. I did not lose any data. I was so frustrated I no longer cared, but everything returned, including my missing data.
Here’s what I did:
1 Deleted the app
2 Reset my Fitbit
3 Reinstalled my app
All the graph data reappeared. I hope it sticks!
Best AnswerSo I did delete and reinstall the app. However I only restarted my Fitbit versa and the graph has returned. Thank you very much. Now let’s hope it stays.
Best AnswerThere is a new update, 3.29, of the Fitbit app. It was made just 4 days ago. Search for Fitbit in app store. Tap on Fitbit logo (not "open") and you should see "update." Tap on update; the 3.29 update is quick. I did this yesterday and my sleep restoration heart rate graphs all returned. So, the history returned. I was concerned to see whether the graph would track in real time -- it did. My graph from last night was there when I opened it this morning. Hope it stays that way!

Best AnswerI did the same thing and it's working!
About 4 days ago there was an iPhone software update from iOS 13.6.1 to 13.7.
Already mentioned in this forum is version update of the Fitbit App from 3.28 to 3.29 but interestingly it was also around 4 days ago.
Both Apple and Fitbit mention in their update information “bug fixes”.
It would be interesting to see if there is a pattern related to both updates whether Graphs returned or not.
For me (using an iPhone Xs Max), Graphs returned when I went into the App store, searched for Fitbit App, and updated to version 3.29 (I did not have to delete the Fitbit App and reinstall a new version). A day later my Norton Security App told me there was a new iOS update, so I downloaded and installed iOS version 13.7. The Graphs are still working.
Best AnswerGreetings from Northern NSW, Australia. I updated the Fitbit app on Tues morning 1/9, graphs returned and remain. Woo hoo! Just checked my iPhone 7 iOS & it is 13.6.1, not 13.7. Interestingly, I’ve not been reminded to do the iPhone update. I’ll stay with what’s working for me right now. Good luck to all.
Best AnswerIf you have deleted the app on your phone, restarted, then installed the FitBit update from the App Store, all should be well.
