As you are now enforcing a Google account from February I will no longer be using Fitbit after many years. Given you are changing the conditions of use I would like a pro rata’d refund on my premium subscription which renewed in September. How do I go about this?

@Felix2025 Fitbit Premium subscriptions are generally non-refundable. This is described in the Subscriptions section of Fitbit's Terms of Service. You can always try contacting Support. I know that Google made an exception in the past when a Premium feature was removed on short notice. I'm not sure it will work in your case. Google announced that it extended the deadline to February 2026 in March 2025.
