I have loved my fitbit charge 2 and it's always with me, so why are some of the features I've had for years now locked behind a pay wall you call premium? I think its disgusting you want to squeeze more money out of people by taking some things away that have been used for so long, just because you can't come up with enough new content to justify your new money grab.

You should be ashamed.

Quoting from Fitbit Premium Guide 

Q: Have any previously existing Fitbit features moved behind a Premium paywall?

A: No. All the Fitbit app features you enjoyed before Premium are still available for free, and we’ll continue to add new free features in the future. Fitbit Premium adds new paid features, but does not remove any previously free features.

 

If you can be specific about any features you have had for years that are now locked behind a pay wall, we could try to help you out.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Are you joking or ignorant? Heart rate during sleep was FREE, but now you have to PAY under Premium scheme to see it! Now give us an answer for this specific item!
