For father's day my wife bought me a Versa 2. She has been using the Alta HR for a while now and has a premium membership set up to be paid through our (shared) apple ID. This is causing a problem for me signing up for the trial premium membership because the app sees her account and thinks that I have already paid for a premium membership, but I obviously cannot use it because it is linked to her fitbit account.
How can I make use of the trial membership and possibly pay for the annual in the future (if I decide to go that route)?

I appreciate that you mentioned you and your wife have a shared Apple ID.
As you mentioned, if you try to subscribe following this procedure, you see that you're already a Premium member. In this case, you may want to contact Apple for more options on how to subscribe to the same Premium service but using different accounts with the shared Apple ID.

Hi All, Just purchased two Fitbit Sense. Set up the first one and started my 6 month Fitbit Premium trial. This created a subscription under my AppleID. Then I tried to setup the 2nd Sense using the Fitbit app and when I tried to start the Fitbit Premium trial for the 2nd Sense, I get an error msg stating the subscription already exists and then I get Error Code 1000. I’m unable to enable Fitbit Premium trial on the 2nd Sense because the first Apple Fitbit Premium Subscription was shared to my wife’s IPhone because we share the same AppleID.
What do I need to do to get Fitbit Premium trial started on the 2nd Fitbit Sense?

Did anyone get this sorted. I have same problem with daughter’s Fitbit already registered for premium. She has a different apple id but we use apple family sharing for apps and purchases.
