My Fitbit app asks me if I want to log my mindfulness sessions as they end . Where is that information logged and how do I find it

@Sarahfarrand202 A warm welcome to the Fitbit Community, I'll be happy to clarify your inquiry.

Once you have finished and logged the session, these Mindfulness sessions will be found in the Exercise tile in your Fitbit app and will count toward the days that you exercise. 😀

I'll be around if you have any additional questions.

Thanks for this. I see that it gets logged as exercise for the # of minutes the session was — I think that’s another question on why/whether it should count as excercise. I also see the minutes logged in the mindfulness tile — is it possible to edit the session length here? For example, last night I used the “drift off to sleep” meditation so naturally I didn’t look at my phone again and log it until this morning. Now it shows that I meditated for 7 hours 🙂 Can I edit this? Or can it automatically track to the meditation length like it does on the excercise tile?

@Rct216 A warm welcome to the Fitbit Community! Thank you for getting in touch about this.

I appreciate that you mentioned the meditation that you did. It's not possible to edit Mindfulness sessions, however when you try meditations to sleep, in the morning your Fitbit app will still show a message for you to log the session.

It's pretty weird that it showed that you meditated for 7 hours, please let me know if this has happened before and if you saw the message to log the session in the morning.

Looking forward to hearing back from you!

Thanks @SilviaFitbit! Yes this has happened a few times. I do always
receive the prompt to log the session -- the challenge is that it
calculates the session time from when I started the meditation to whenever
I selected "yes" to log it (vs. simply the length of the meditation). Many
times after a mindfulness session I am not jumping back on my phone, so
this is creating longer session times under the Mindfulness section and
Mindful Minutes. Please note that the correct amount of time (length of
meditation) is logged automatically under the Exercise section.

@Rct216 Thank you for getting back. The Fitbit app shouldn't take this into consideration, because the session will finish as log as the "Log" option appears. In this case, I would like you to log out from the app, force quit it log back in and check if the next time you log a session the duration is correct.

If you're still experiencing issues please attach a screenshot of the duration showing in Mindfulness section and the duration showing under the Exercise tab.

I'll be around if you have any additional questions!

I followed your directions to log out and force quit the app. After logging
back in this is still happening. Attached are the screenshots you suggested
of the Mindfulness section vs Exercise section. Thanks!
