My fitbit and dongle worked perfectly. Now I cannot get it to sync anymore. I have tried everything. removing the blue tooth,Restarting the fitbit ect. But I cannot sync it. I have recharged it fully but on the dashboard, the message keeps appearing that my battery is low, How do I rectify this issue

I will gladly assist you with this and sorry for the late reply. Also thank you for troubleshooting this issue. What are you using to sync your tracker with? Does it have an integrated bluetooth or you only use the Fitbit Dongle? Which device/tracker do you have? You can follow these instructions to help solve this.
