Update 10/02/2017:  Hi everyone! I have some good news to share here. You should no longer experience issues manually logging activities on Fitbit.com Dashboard since this issue is now resolved

We've received reports that users are unable to manually log activities on Fitbit.com Dashboard and I've merged a few posts together. 


I've let our team know and will continue to update this thread as I Iearn more. Note that this does not appear to be affecting the app. If you have access to the Fitbit app we recommend using that as a workaround in the meantime.

Monday- just discovered the same problem- can't upload activities via Dashboard. Even if I try to add them using the alternative icon it's not accurate.

Patience is growing very thin.  This is one of the main features for my fitbit use.

Just tried to manually add steps & I still can't as of 5 minutes ago.

The app hasn’t worked for Years. You get a not syncing message and is no better now. I have Run out of work around except to throw this FITBIT gear away and earn the General Public not to buy this Trash

Seems to have been going on for awhile now. Must admit that I have had no problem until today.

I use it everyday and was working fine until today. Have noticed they have done an update in the last few days so wonder if the problem lies there?

I am unable to manually post my cycling on the activity page…..at the bottom of the page-when you click the icon nothing happens.

I'm having the same problem using MAC OS X and the newest version of the program.

I have been having the same issue since Fri. the 29th...it wouldn't be so bad if my fitbit Charge HR accurately registered my activity. I always have to redo the mileage and calories for the day because it has never been accurate.
