Could someone please explain why my Flex 2 changes the calories burnt after a run? A 40 minute run *at first* registers as 409 calories burnt. Two minutes later it has changed to 288 and the Fitbit displays my run in the exercise list in a different way to a walk or the cross trainer, displaying only my running pace and not the calories burnt unless I click on it.
Why is this because it's really disheartening to see it drop so dramatically?

@Rowena4 Welcome! Thanks for being part of our Community! This could be due to the data being analyzed by the Fitbit servers to provide a better caloric burn calculation. You could try comparing this with an online activity calories calculator. Also how are you recording this activity (via the tracker detection or the app or are you manually logging it afterwards)?
I look forward to your reply!

I'm logging it via the tracker detection.

I'm having the same problem! I do the same walk / distance for an hour every day and have done for at least 6 months. I keep to the same pace. I normally do around 3.5 miles and the calories burned are always 380 / 400. However I've noticed in the last couple of weeks, the calories burned has dropped to 180? This just doesnt seem right? Yesterday when i got back from my walk it said i had burned 380 calories but when I checked back later, this had reduced to 200? Any ideas?! I'm also finding when i do cardio workouts the calories burned are a lot lower now than it has been in previous weeks, I am working just as hard? I have the versa 2 and its quite new, could there be an issue?
Thanks
