Charger!

My tracker has been on the charger for close to 24 hours! Shows about 50% charge on the tracker but app says its still at 25% and doesn't say it's charging, I've refreshed and synced like 10 times. Have had the flex 2 for about 2 years and haven't had this problem before. I'm guessing the charger itself has crapped the bed? So disappointed ☹️

Nothing lasts forever.

 

If you have a Best Buy close they do have some charging stations. You could test it there if you have one
