I have a flex 2.
All lights are blinking when connected to a power source. There are no vibrations when connected. The unit won't connect to my phone.
I have tried restarting the device but this does not happen. There are no vibrations when connected to a usb source nor when I push the button as per instructions

@sandyabh @J245 It's great to see that you've visited the Fitbit Community! @sandyabh sorry to hear that Support wasn't able to replace your tracker. They will review your trackers's information and warranty status and can provide replacements if it is the warranty period just like @J245 said as they got a replacement. Sadly I guess yours wasn't within the warranty period anymore.
I'll be around!

Go through the motions of restarting it at least three times, even if you are not getting any feedback from it. If it still wont respond you will need to contact Support (link in my signature ).Let us know how you go

I too had this problem. I followed all instructions per the prior messages to no avail. I contacted customer support. My activation date was June 2017. 15 months later and the best Fitbit can offer is a 25% discount (which is 75% out of my pocket) to buy another Fitbit product. Because my prior Flex also failed, and with the short life of the product (with no willingness by Fitbit to extend via pebble replacement), it's likely I'll be looking at other vendors. I post this to create awareness that this problem is still happening - and no path to customer satisfaction.

Having same issue. Just chatted with customer support, but the solution provided was to buy a new one because my fitbit is out of warranty. This is total BS! I haven´t even damaged the fitbit, it just stopped working by itself so I don´t understand how they can´t replace or fix it.

My Fitbit Flex 2 is 16 months old and also blinking. Won't reset. No vibration with each button push. I see I'm SOL because it's out of warranty. It's sad to see that Fitbit sees a common issue, but offers no true solution or recompense. A shame too because I really liked my Flex 2. I won't have the problem any longer as I won't be replacing my Fitbit Flex 2 with another Fitbit product. I have no faith in the quality of Fitbit products.

2 yrs 5 months - just out of Europe warranty (odd that same product has double the warranty based upon where you buy it)
Tried to do 3 button press a few times - always returns to 4 slow flashing lights.
It will connect when on charger, but dies almost immediately upon removal.
Will not purchase Fitbit again after reading the forums for a few different products.

Has anyone found a solution to this problem of 5 flashing lights? My Flex2 is doing this, all of a sudden. I put in on charge and all the lights started flashing, with one slightly pink but may be red. If I unplug it from the charger it is just dead - no lights flashing or showing my progress today. Would like to hear from anyone who has experienced this. Thank you

Many thanks for your reply. Looks as though I am going to have to look at
other makes as, I too, dislike the other Fitbit designs. They are too bulky. Broken hearted that my fitbit has died.

Today my Flex 2 started flashing. I used it as an alarm clock to not wake up the rest of the family. It worked perfectly for several years. I woke up by myself just before the alarm was to go off and saw it blinkning on my wrist. It had automatically synced for the last time 2 hours before. RIP.
