Flex 2 lights constantly flashing

When I last synched my Flex 2 it suddenly started flashing four white and one pink lights. It's still doing it a full day later, even when I tried to reset it in the charger (it pauses and goes back to flashing). I can't find any info anywhere describing this hiccup, any help would be great!!

Mine started doing this last fall. Pitiful. Not sure what the real reason is, but it’s tantamount to forcing you to buy a new phone because someone decided to not update it anymore. This version was good in salt water and I don’t feel comfortable using my Charge 4 in that kind of water. What a pain.
