Flex 2 not showing full charge nor syncing

Ok so I'm having issues with my  lights not going off when  done charging  and it say 100% charged but if I tap on it it only gives me a red light and it won't  sync and steps.  Any help?

Let me help you with your Flex 2 not properly charging nor syncing. Try cleaning the contacts using cotton swab with rubbing alcohol, then charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's USB port (try different ports) or use an UL-certified USB adapter. After this, restart your device and see how it behaves.

Regarding the syncing issues you can try the following:

  • Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  • Restart your phone and restart your device
  • Check that no battery saving app/feature on your phone is affecting your Fitbit app.
  • Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on.
