My reliable flex 2 just stopped tracking my sleep, steps, etc. I have the latest software and app. Any help please?!

Hi, @talkstoself! Have you tried rebooting a couple of times? It might be worth trying to re-add it to your account if that doesn't work, too.

My flex is about 10 years old. I discovered that the charging area on the flex is cracked. Not sure if age is a factor. It still works. But it discharges really quickly. I have to charge it every day.

@1975tn I never used a Flex 2, but the manual says to put it in its charger and press the button on the charger three times in five seconds. I do want to warn you if your problem is a battery problem. The Flex 2 is an older device and all rechargeable batteries have a lifespan. Your Flex 2 might be at its end of life.
