Flex not holding a charge

Even though I charge my Fitbit overnight and appears to be fully charged when I take it out of the charger in the morning, by the afternoon it shows that it needs to be charged again (only one light is lit) even though all I am doing is wearing it - not even checking my steps for the day.  Is the Fitbit broken?

No, I don't think the Fitbit is broken, but there definitely is a battery issue.  How old is the Flex?
