My flex 2 is not syncing and I would like to try a reset. But I don't know how? It hasn't synced for the last couple of days.

Thanks. I’ve kept trying and trying with it and I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled it. I still keep coming back to one blue, flashing light and it doesn’t record any activity although it does let me log my food. I wonder if the battery is simply not holding its charge. It’s about five years old so it could be it has just had its day. I’m loath to buy a new one in case it isn’t the Fitbit itself and I find myself with the same problem.
I can’t seem to find a Fitbit which is just a tracker. I don’t want the watch function - I wear a watch which has huge sentimental value - am I missing something or is there an option for something similar to the Flex2 I wear now? Anyone know??
