Every day I check my sleep time, I am going to sleep between 11:00 and 11:30 pm and everyday it says I am going to sleep 2:15 -2:30 am what’s up with that? I want the correct time.

Hi @Hdy2013, it's nice to see you again participating here in the Community Forums! Sorry for the delayed reply.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. To move forward with this, can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced this issue and how many times since then? Your device shows that you are going to sleep at 2:15 - 2:30 AM everyday? I recommend you to restart your Flex 2 following the next steps and let me know if the issue persists:

  1. Plug the charging cable into the USB port on your computer or a UL-certified USB wall charger.
  2. Remove the pebble from the wristband and press it into the compartment on the charging cable. The pins on the charging cable must align with the corresponding pins on the back of the pebble to lock securely in place.

You’ll know the connection is secure when the pebble vibrates and you see the indicator lights blinking.

  3. Find the button on the charging cable below the tracker compartment.
  4. Press it three times within five seconds. The tracker vibrates each time you press the button. A few seconds after the third press, all the lights will flash simultaneously. This means the pebble has restarted. If you miss the light flash but notice the pebble has resumed charging, that too is confirmation that the restart was successful.
  5. Remove the pebble from the charging cable and insert it back into the wristband.

Keep me posted.

Thank you for your input about my sleep issue. The first time it was wrong was 2/6/20, then again On 2/9, 2/10, 2/11, 2/12, 2/13, 2/14. I did plug it in as you suggested and reset it but still not working properly. Will try one more time and again thanks for responding to me!

Thanks for answering me , I did reset it and now it’s not recording my sleep at all. My first complaint was Fitbit was incorrectly recording the time and the dates were, 2/6/20 as well as 2/9 thru 2/14. This is very frustrating. Thanks for trying to help me!

Hi, my flex 2 is also very inaccurate at night. Sometimes it says I've only had 1or 2 hours sleep and I've definitely had more. I checked the settings to make sure it was on normal and after this thread was going to reset it as was suggested to you, but now it's not recording your sleep at all is crazy. Are these things guaranteed for so long?

Mine is also highly inaccurate. It says I’ve gone to bed several hours before I have and says I wake up several hours befire I do. It started doing this a week ago. I will try the restart that was suggested.

Hi I am having the same issue with the sleep only recording from 2_15 am. I have restarted the device three times through 7 days and it is not changing. Are there any other solutions please? Best Regards, Sami

I'm having the same issue. My Flex 2 is only recording the last few hours of my sleep. It used to be very accurate. I've had it replaced once before for a different reason and I'm wondering if it's just starting to fail again? What is the latest advice from Fitbit? It would be good to hear from a moderator. I've reset several times and it hasn't helped unfortunately.
