Keep syncing my Fitbit Flex 2. But it says there are 0 steps today and a lot yesterday. But I wasnt even using it yesterday. So the app is putting the steps at the wrong day. My time is right. It is the right time zone. So what should I do? Please help. Thanks!

@PaulienDKS It's great to see that you've visited the Fitbit Community!

Let me help you with your synced steps. Before walking all the steps for the day you mentioned did you sync your Flex 2? If the date wasn't correct then the steps could have been assigned to a different date once you synced your device. This would explain why you see the steps on the previous day. Have you also logged any activities on your account? You could manually log an activity to have a record on your account.

Let me know how it goes.

My Alta did the same thing.  How do I get the steps off of the wrong day and onto the right day?
