Sync issues

I lost my first Fitbit flex2, bought new one and it wont sync. This is actually my second replacement thinking my first one was something wrong and returned it but still having same issues

Hi @TinaRB - Welcome to the forums! To which phone are you trying to sync?  The first thing to check is to make sure your phone is one of the supported devices. Next, make sure your phone and the Fitbit app are both updated to the latest versions. An iPhone needs to be at Apple iOS 11 or higher. An Android needs OS 7.0 or higher. Finally, you can check the helpful troubleshooting tips on what to do if you’re having problems connecting your Flex 2.  Hope this helps.

Oh shoot, I do have the phone that's compatible with the Fitbit app. I was hoping it would have been that easy
