My flex 2 has been working perfectly, today it stopped synchronization and now everytime I try is says looking... for about 60 seconds, then tracker not found... ive restarted my phone, opened an closed my fitbit app, turned off and on my bluetooth... I dont know how to fix this... please help

Can’t get my Alta hr to connect with Bluetooth - I’ve tried turning off Bluetooth and removing device from account,
I reinstalled my charge 2 - but am getting the message no device found when trying to sync - I took the steps as directed in the advice about forgetting device on Bluetooth but still no luck - any help would be gratefully received
Best AnswerI recommend you to also uninstall the Fitbit app. This together as the rest of the steps helped me
Best AnswerI tried everything there was on this list, nothing worked. So I forgot my flex on the app and tried to re set it up and now I can’t even add the Fitbit back because it says not found. The problem I had in the first place was when I refreshed it said tracker not found, please help me?
