My flex 2 has been working perfectly, today it stopped synchronization and now everytime I try is says looking... for about 60 seconds, then tracker not found... ive restarted my phone, opened an closed my fitbit app, turned off and on my bluetooth... I dont know how to fix this... please help

Can’t get my Alta hr to connect with Bluetooth - I’ve tried turning off Bluetooth and removing device from account,
I reinstalled my charge 2 - but am getting the message no device found when trying to sync - I took the steps as directed in the advice about forgetting device on Bluetooth but still no luck - any help would be gratefully received

I recommend you to also uninstall the Fitbit app. This together as the rest of the steps helped me

I tried everything there was on this list, nothing worked. So I forgot my flex on the app and tried to re set it up and now I can’t even add the Fitbit back because it says not found. The problem I had in the first place was when I refreshed it said tracker not found, please help me?
