Weekend Warrior count not matching dashboard count

This weekend my weekend warrior count didn't match with dashboard step count. I was invited by a friend from a time zone 1hr behind mine. Can this be fixed?

@mnandi Thanks for stopping by! You will see a difference between the steps on the challenge and the ones on your dashboard step count. That happens because some of the steps don't sync on the challenge because the challenge will be "closed" whenever it is 12pm on the challenge creator's time zone. Check this post for more details. Also, manually logged activities steps will not count towards challenges.

The challenge creators time zone is 1 hr behind mine. So my dashboard count ended before hers. Also, I didn't log any activity manually. So this is a genuine glitch

Hi I am currently having this exact issue. My count is 6000 steps behind in the challenge. Please advise if there is a way to correct this.
