As noted in another thread, the only reason why I was interested in the Inspire HR (and not another smart watch) was specifically because I wanted the Valerie Clockface.

I understand the clock face drained battery but to me it's not an excuse. Consumers buy products for the functionality and design. The Valerie clock face is all over the promotional materials and appeals to a more feminine aesthetic.
It is January 25, 2020, and that clock face is still unavailable and frankly I think it's unacceptable.

I want to note, there is a Valerie typeface as an option but it is a heavily pixelated version and is not what was available in previous versions

My wife also bought an Inspire HR specifically because she loved the design of the Valerie watch face as shown in all the promotional materials.
The altered version that is available now is much lower resolution, in fact a very poorly rendered version. This is reason enough for her to return the watch. Promotion of the product with visuals that are making promises that can’t be kept is just plain misleading.

I want that clock face too! Are they not bringing it back?

sadly there are no plans to bring it back, even though the face is still used in advertising.
